Pit and Fissure Sealents

Pit and Fissure sealents are a great preventitive procedure used at our office to help prevent cavities on the biting surface of permanent molars. We usually place pit and fissure sealents on children around the age of six and again at twelve because this is the age when they get their 1st and 2nd permanent molars.
